Today we received a letter form Blanche Balsamo the "Community Manager, and Authorized Agent" for TPalms Mobile Home Park.
We have been here 15 years, and we have to sign a NEW lease.
Our rent will go up by $119.96 a month.
Also, they are going to make up pay for water = $16.00 a month.
I will contact the Mobile Home Assoc, and get their assistance.
I am sending this to ALL the people in TPalms whose Email I have.
When you talk to you neighbors, and they have the same problem have them give me a call, so I can put them on my list.
This seems POOR Timing on the part of the park. There are Foreclosures all over town. NV has the highest Foreclosure rate of any state, and they want to Stick it to us.
